Terms and Conditions for Purchasing a Box of Noodles

1. Introduction

Welcome to Future Champs Institute! By placing an order for a Box of Noodles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

* All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
* A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment and order submission.
* Payments must be made via the accepted payment methods listed on our website.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery & Pickup

* Delivery is available within select areas and subject to a delivery fee unless otherwise stated.
* Pickup is available at our designated locations at no additional cost.
* Estimated delivery timeframes are provided but may be affected by unforeseen delays.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
* Refunds are only issued for incorrect or defective items.
* If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Quality & Responsibility

* We ensure all noodles meet quality standards before delivery.
* Once delivered, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling or storage.

6. Customer Obligations

* The buyer must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or lost packages.
* Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges for redelivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

* Future Champs Institute is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
* We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects related to noodle consumption.

8. Governing Law

* These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in a South African court of law.
